I was first introduced to Truvy® 2 years ago by my friend Lisa from a Facebook post about a new product and that she could help me. At the time, I felt I was emotionally unstable and couldn’t get through the day without a nap. I felt so depressed and couldn’t seem to find my zest for life again. Truvy® helped me get my life back. I felt like I had more energy right away and I truly love the products. 

I’ve gotten to meet and share my experience with so many incredible people in this community, I feel like I belong here. I’ve made so many amazing new friends since I first started my journey with Truvy® and now I am able to help give others the confidence I once lacked. I still can’t believe how far I’ve come these last two years. I was in a bad state mentally, I struggled deeply from experiences in my life. I never thought I’d be where I am today, feeling better about myself than I ever have before! I’ve lost 30 pounds and 33 inches which has allowed me to get more things done that I wasn’t able to before. I am not feeling the discomfort that I was prior to taking these products. Not only that but using the SF5 app to track how I spend my day has been such an eye-opener for my physical health! My husband and I own our own business, while I stayed home with our kids for the last 7 years.
