For 10 years I had been living between my couch and my bed, anything more was too exhausting. I felt like it was truly impossible for me to lose weight due to some personal health problems I had throughout my life. I always felt so tired and had no energy, most of my time was spent sitting or lying down. My desire to be a part of any family activity was gone and life was passing me by. I also wasn’t comfortable in my own skin and wore “tight-fitting” clothes (size 18/20). I refused to buy larger sizes, even though they would have been much more comfortable. Something needed to change and fast!

I feel like I tried everything under the sun. I tried prescription diet pills, even shots, and tried all the weight loss programs out there only to fail over and over. In October 2016 I had a granddaughter on the way and I wanted to have the energy to be the fun and energetic grandma she needed.

Two of my Facebook friends had been posting some before and after photos of their wellness journey. I was amazed at the pounds and inches they had lost. I had known them since I was a teenager and trusted them, so I decided to purchase a trial pack. Within the first day, I knew it was for me! The energy I felt was such a nice welcome into my everyday life. I was so surprised when I actually felt like doing something instead of lying in bed and I’m happy to say I haven’t needed a nap since I started this journey.

My overall health has improved immensely since taking my Truvy products. It has been a blessing for me to lose 30 pounds as well as having dropped several sizes in my clothing.
