Female Formulated
ALTER™ is specifically formulated to work best with the female body*
SUGGESTED USE: Take one capsule in the morning with truFIX® or Tru+™ and again in the early afternoon. Not to exceed a maximum of 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the afternoon. Allow up to 2 hours to take full effect.
Best to take with at least 200 calories of balanced food.
